  We deliver across all emirates of U.A.E. For remote locations, contact support to discuss options, lead times, or surcharges.

• Delivery Timing Options

• Same-day delivery: Orders placed before 11:00 AM.

• Next-day delivery: Available for orders placed after the same-day cut-off.

• Preferred windows: Chosen at checkout; we aim to meet the requested window but cannot guarantee exact minutes due to real-world constraints.

• Delivery Fees
  Delivery is free across covered areas. If a destination requires special access/permits or falls outside coverage, we will contact the customer with available options before proceeding.

• Handling and Packaging
  Arrangements are hand-delivered in protective, eco-conscious wrapping with hydration measures where feasible. Care instructions are included with every order.

• Unattended Deliveries
  If permitted by the customer and building rules, orders may be left in a safe location. Responsibility transfers upon successful drop-off per instructions.

• Delays and Exceptions
  Peak periods, traffic, road closures, extreme heat, or building restrictions may impact delivery timing. We will communicate updates and arrange the next best slot.
