Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the website or placing an order, customers agree to these Terms and all policies referenced herein. These Terms apply to online purchases, deliveries, and related services.
Products and Substitutions
Arrangements are handcrafted using fresh, seasonal blooms. If a specific flower is unavailable, a substitution of equal or higher value will be made while preserving the overall design and color palette. Product photos are illustrative; natural variations may occur.
Pricing, Currency, and Taxes
All prices are listed in AED. Displayed prices include free delivery within our service areas unless otherwise stated at checkout. Any promotions or discount codes must be applied at the time of purchase.
Payment Methods and Authorization
We accept credit/debit cards, online payments, and cash on delivery where available. Orders are confirmed upon successful payment authorization (except COD). Fraud checks may delay or cancel an order if verification fails.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders can be modified or cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Within 48 hours, flowers may have been sourced or prepared; cancellation requests may be declined or subject to partial charges.
Delivery Services
Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 11:00 AM; next-day delivery is available for later orders. Delivery areas currently include all emirates of U.A.E. Delivery windows are selected at checkout; exact timings may vary due to traffic, building access, and security protocols.
Delivery Attempts and Recipient Availability
If the recipient is not reachable, reasonable attempts will be made to contact them. Where permissible, the order may be left with reception/security or a neighbor, or a redelivery may be scheduled. Additional time may apply for redelivery.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information. Delays or failed deliveries due to inaccurate details are not the seller’s responsibility.
Quality Guarantee; Issues on Delivery
We guarantee fresh, high-quality blooms. If an item arrives damaged, report within 2 hours of delivery with clear photo proof for assessment and resolution per the Replacement Policy.
Intellectual Property
All images, designs, text, logos, and branding on the website are owned by or licensed to Pure Flower Boutique and may not be used without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pure Flower Boutique is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or non-performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, government restrictions, or logistics disruptions.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts, unless mandatory consumer protection provisions specify otherwise.
